Terms of Service

By accessing or using Sentraxis ("the Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sentraxis.

Sentraxis is an automated web application security testing platform that provides penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and AI-powered remediation services. The Service is intended solely for lawful security testing of systems that you own or have explicit written authorization to test.

YOU MUST HAVE EXPLICIT AUTHORIZATION BEFORE SCANNING ANY TARGET.

By using Sentraxis, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the target system, application, or domain being scanned, OR
• You have obtained explicit written permission from the owner of the target system to conduct security testing
• Your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations
• You will not use the Service to scan government systems, critical infrastructure, or any system without proper authorization
• You are at least 18 years of age

Unauthorized scanning of systems is illegal under the Computer Crime Act and Electronic Crimes Act of Pakistan, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (USA), the Computer Misuse Act (UK), and equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions. Sentraxis reserves the right to immediately terminate your account and report unauthorized activity to relevant authorities.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at hassanofficial9703+legal@gmail.com.

You agree not to:

• Scan any system without explicit authorization from the system owner
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Use the Service to conduct denial of service attacks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to collect or harvest personal data of individuals without consent
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission
• Use automated scripts to abuse the Service beyond your plan limits

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Pay-as-you-go scans are charged per scan and are non-refundable once the scan has been initiated.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sentraxis and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Sentraxis a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Scan reports and vulnerability data are stored securely and are accessible only to you and authorized Sentraxis personnel for support purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SENTRAXIS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. VULNERABILITY SCAN RESULTS ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND MAY NOT IDENTIFY ALL VULNERABILITIES. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SECURITY POSTURE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SENTRAXIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. SENTRAXIS'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SENTRAXIS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sentraxis and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights including unauthorized scanning of systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, particularly the authorized use provisions. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For international users, you agree to comply with all local laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
